Is there any exemption scheme in a particular course of IGNOU for the students coming from accredited institutions?

IGNOU has a Credit Exemption Scheme as explained under response to Question here. It is
quite general in nature with reference to courses completed by the learners from other
universities and institutions of higher learning.
